Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Process optimization focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Assist with property management system migration, as needed, during property onboarding
- Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality
- Maintain system documentation and training materials
- Deliver Systems training partnering with Learning & Performance as Systems SME
- Identify and escalate system issues to the appropriate team members
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata, and/or Yardi is preferred
