Join our global staffing agency as a full-time remote recruiter, contributing to our mission of connecting U.S. companies with top international talent. We are seeking ambitious professionals with 1-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or staffing support to join our team. Your responsibilities will include talent sourcing and screening, job posting and pipeline management, and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process. You will collaborate with various teams and utilize several tools to streamline tasks and improve candidate experience. Success in this role involves building reliable talent pipelines, ensuring smooth process execution, and demonstrating ownership of assigned tasks. Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or staffing support
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Ashby, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Exposure to LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, or candidate screening & interviewing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using tech tools (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and engage top candidates through platforms like Ashby ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Screen candidate profiles and conduct outreach to assess interest and availability
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in Ashby ATS or similar tools
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure qualified candidates move forward smoothly
  • Draft and post engaging job descriptions across platforms like Ashby, LinkedIn, and niche job boards
  • Track job performance and proactively improve pipeline flow
  • Flag bottlenecks and support rescoping efforts with the recruiting team
  • Communicate with candidates across stages: shortlisting, interviewing, and offer
  • Manage candidate communications, follow-ups, and scheduling logistics
  • Maintain clean and organized candidate records and notes in our ATS
  • Work closely with multiple teams, including sourcing, recruiting, and sales
  • Use internal tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, SendGrid, Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace) to streamline tasks
  • Contribute ideas and support initiatives that improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes
