Summary
Join our team as a temporary recruiter for a 6-month period, with the potential for full-time employment. You will lead the recruitment process for Embedded and Non-Embedded employees in Latin America, occasionally supporting other areas of the Americas. This role requires understanding business needs to find the right candidates. Responsibilities include posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, identifying new candidate sources, managing talent pools, supporting local HRMS recruitment, and coordinating logistics. You will also consult with hiring managers, provide updates, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role involves managing candidate communications and supporting internship programs. Data analysis and participation in regional and global projects are also expected.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in Latin America
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written skills
- Familiarity of HR principles
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Methodical approach to work and attention to detail
- Ability to interact successfully with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures and levels
- Ability to work alone and as part of a remote team
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new systems
- Reliable and with a high degree of confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Post open positions in our external and internal sources and manage the job postings
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate abilities, potential fit, and added value for the role and company
- Identify new sources of potential candidates
- Create and maintain relevant talent pools within ATS and LinkedIn
- Support local HRMS recruitment
- Coordinate the logistics of the recruitment processes
- Drive talent acquisition processes adjusted to the needs of the hiring manager
- Consult with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders to provide recruiting status updates
- Provide advice and guidance to the hiring managers throughout the entire process
- Ensure that the recruitment process is carried out considering the company’s brand and candidates’ experience
- Manage full communications with candidates, from beginning to end of the recruitment cycle
- Respond to candidates referred by the business and speculative CVs
- Support Americas Internship and Trainee programs, leading the programs in Latin America
- Build and manage relationships with colleges and universities
- Regional recruitment reporting and data analysis
- Participate in and support Regional and Global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
- Understand and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency is Portuguese is beneficial, but not required
- Familiarity with recruitment related immigration policies and processes preferred
