Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years experience as a recruiter for an internal team, ideally in a high volume environment
- Proven experience in people leadership, coaching, and providing feedback as a team lead or senior individual contributor
- A proactive, resourceful and agile mindset is essential for this role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with senior leadership
- Comfortable setting objectives, reviewing progress, and enhancing team performance
- Experience using Greenhouse, Slack and Google Suite
- Fluent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Set clear objectives for team members, regularly reviewing progress and performance metrics to drive professional growth
- Represent the TA team as part of the wider People Team
- Act as a bridge between the TA team and senior leadership, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing, and accountable team culture
- Manage a portfolio of open roles across multiple functions and regions
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job briefings, sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer processes
- Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategy, structured interviews, and role scoping
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on hiring needs and recruitment plans
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering clear guidance, timely updates, and pragmatic solutions
- Identify operational challenges and areas for process improvement across the recruitment function
- Contribute to discussions and proposals to improve team efficiency and candidate experience
- Use data to mon itor requisition progress, flag risks, and support quarterly reporting
- Comfortably handle reporting and data interpretation, using metrics to make informed decisions and drive improvements
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and support data-led decision-making
