Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and remote environment

Responsibilities

• Support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for various technical positions
• Your responsibilities will encompass the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to facilitating interviews and onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship or experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required
