• Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple tasks
• Tech-savvy and a fast learner
• Excellent written & verbal communication skill
• Familiarity with Gmail, G-Suite, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain TA Dashboards and help in analytics
• Conceptualise, draft & update various Playbooks related to TA & People Capabilities
• Apply a hacker mindset to a variety of sourcing and research channels to strengthen the sourcing pipeline
• Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way
• Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including managing candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and full loops
• Establish strong working relationships with agencies, hiring managers, recruiting teams, and candidates
• Identify bottlenecks and look for most effective solutions
• Work on special pre-vetted & ad-hoc projects
