Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in retail roles a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems and related software, including applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • A passion for providing great experiences and helping build a diverse, high-quality team
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Jazz HR, Indeed, LinkedIn and ADP Workforce Now

Responsibilities

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the organization
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to proactively source and attract talent, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data entry and tracking for all candidates and requisitions
  • Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, alignment with job requirements, and cultural fit
  • Arrange and confirm interview logistics, coordinating schedules with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their status and answering questions about the recruitment process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating pre-hire (digital) paperwork and assisting with the transition of candidates from offer acceptance to first-day readiness
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs to promote the organization as an employer of choice
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to provide insights into sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Benefits

$55,000 - $65,000 annually, plus a $100 retention bonus for each new hire who remains in good standing for at least six months, paid quarterly
