Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update contractor agreements, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company policies
  • Assist in the preparation and review of offer paperwork
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members, hiring managers, and interviewers to support interview scheduling, coordination, and communication
  • Maintain real-time candidate records and documentation
  • Assist with the administration of Lever (applicant tracking system), LinkedIn Recruiter, DocuSign, and other tools
  • Conduct basic audits of recruitment data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Contribute ideas and assist in streamlining talent acquisition processes and tools
  • Support the creation and updating of training materials and process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or working experience in a professional environment
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment tools, and operational processes
  • Proven ability to pick up new technology/tools quickly and proficiently
  • A deep curiosity and passion for learning
  • Demonstrated interest in digital marketing and technology
  • Skilled in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack; familiarity with Jira/Confluence and DocuSign
  • Superior time management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects in an ever-changing environment
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy; exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Solution-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and a positive, constructive attitude; ability to think creatively and collaborate effectively to develop solutions
  • Flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances; willingness to wear β€œmultiple hats” and jump into projects as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Recently completed degree or certification in human resources, business administration, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Consistent availability to work ~30-40 hours/week, during core business hours (Central or Eastern time zones)
