Talent Acquisition Intern in Germany

Summary

The job is for a Talent Acquisition Intern at AGICAP Germany. The intern will work with the General Manager and Talent Acquisition team to recruit talented employees for further scaling of the company. They will learn important skills such as active sourcing, KPI monitoring, employer branding, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• You speak English at least at C1 level. German skills are a plus
• You are in the final stages of your bachelor's or master's degree
• You have already gained some experience in recruiting, ideally in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• You generate an extensive candidate pipeline
• Manage new applications, conduct screening interviews and filter, assess and manage candidates according to their skills through the application process
• Actively search for suitable candidates on LinkedIn to find and target the best profiles in the market
• Recruit new top talent across Germany every month, especially for the Sales and Customer Success departments
• Review and communicate your own performance through weekly reports and engage in regular feedback sessions with your team lead
