Summary

The Talent Acquisition Intern will work with the Talent Acquisition team to support administration and sourcing candidates through various channels. The ideal candidate should be a final year student or fresh graduate from Psychology or another relevant field, have experience in Talent Acquisition, be familiar with recruitment tools, and possess strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Final year student or Fresh Graduate from Psychology or another relevant field
• Minimum has experience intern in Talent Acquisition field
• Love to a new challenge, open minded, and good in resilience
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficient building relationships
• Excellence in collaboration and communication skill

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Talent Acquisition to deeply understand hiring needs
• Develop creative sourcing and hiring strategies to build strong pipelines
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling for interview sessions
• Shadow recruiting screens and hiring manager intake meetings to learn the structure of interview planning and interview etiquette
• Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites
• Support administration for recruitment process, checking candidates' backgrounds and references

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with recruitment tools
• A strong interest in building a career in the field of Talent Acquisition
