Talent Acquisition Intern in Taiwan

Summary

The job is for a TA Intern at Kronos who will assist with daily TA functions, campus hiring activities, and other ad-hoc projects. They should have experience with Google workplace, MS office, and HR/Administration/Campus campaign-related internships. Excellent written and communication skills in English are required.

Requirements

• Familiar with Google workplace and MS office
• HR/Administration/Campus campaign-related internship experience
• Excellent written & communication skills in English
• Organized, efficient, and have good interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, and willing to learn new tasks and subjects
• Be able to work well under pressure while displaying a high level of drive and initiative

Responsibilities

• Assist with the company-wide survey form, including data collecting, organizing, and analyzing
• Coordinate the interviews and meeting arrangements
• Support and participate in campus recruiting campaigns and branding activities
• Act as a campus ambassador, connect with top universities in TW
• Assist in other ad-hoc TA projects

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum working days per week for interns are 3 days at least
