Talent Acquisition Intern in France

Summary

Agicap, a rapidly growing European scale-up specializing in financial management solutions for SMBs and Mid-Market companies, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join their international team in Lyon. The intern will focus on the German market and learn hands-on recruiting skills.

Requirements

• Speak English at C1 level minimum. German and/or French language skills are a plus
• Be in the final stages of your bachelor's or master's degree
• Have already gained some experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Generate an extensive candidate pipeline
• Manage new applications, conduct screening interviews and filter, assess and manage candidates according to their skills through the application process
• Actively search for suitable candidates on LinkedIn to find and target the best profiles in the market
• Recruit new top talent across Germany every month, especially for the Sales and Customer Success departments
• Review and communicate your own performance through weekly reports and engage in regular feedback sessions with your team lead
