Talent Acquisition Intern in Thailand

Requirements

• Thai citizen (visa sponsorship is not provided)
• Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
• Currently pursuing a degree or Final Year in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willing to make cold calls and engage in frequent contact with candidates
• Passionate about People Experience and eager to learn about recruitment and employer branding
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruiter team in making cold calls to potential candidates in Thailand and making the first call with candidates using the Thai language
• Screen resumes for active applicants, provide feedback to the Recruiter team, and help maintain and update the recruitment database
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and values
• Develop and share engaging content on social media, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week) and able to start as soon as possible
