Summary

The Talent Acquisition Intern will work with the Talent Acquisition team to support administration and sourcing candidates through various channels. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate from Psychology or another relevant field, has experience as an intern in Talent Acquisition, and possesses strong organizational skills, collaboration, and communication abilities.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate from Psychology or another relevant field
• Minimum has experience as an intern in Talent Acquisition field
• Familiarity with recruitment tools

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Talent Acquisition to deeply understand hiring needs
• Develop creative sourcing and hiring strategies to build strong pipelines
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling for interview sessions
• Shadow recruiting screens and hiring manager intake meetings to learn the structure of interview planning and interview etiquette
• Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites
• Support administration for recruitment process, checking candidates' backgrounds and references
