Summary
The Talent Acquisition Intern at PRISM+ will drive recruitment activities for the air-conditioning department, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop sourcing strategies, build relationships with stakeholders, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain accurate records. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities
