Talent Acquisition Intern

Summary

Tombras is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to work in Knoxville, TN. The internship lasts for 10 weeks starting from October 7th and involves partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, reviewing resumes, posting open positions, developing recruitment strategies, participating in onboarding activities, and providing administrative support.

Requirements

• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate (a degree is not required)
• Proficiency in a Mac environment; experience with Google Docs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player attitude in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule candidate interviews and travel
• Assist in reviewing resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions
• Post open positions in Lever (Applicant Tracking System) and various job boards, on an as-needed basis
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Assist in the development of sourcing strategies to find the best candidates
• Participate in onboarding activities and help new hires integrate smoothly into the company
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
• Help with Employer Branding initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the TA department as needed
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Benefits

• Commitment to a 10 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 10/7/24 and ending on 12/13/24 with a maximum of 25 hours per week
