Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition while supporting the recruiting efforts for our growing company
  • Learn the intricacies of the recruiting process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding efforts

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship or experience in HR or recruiting is a plus, but not required
