Intern Talent Acquisition

Summary

Join our international Talent Acquisition Team as an intern and contribute to recruitment projects, ensuring a strong talent pipeline. Conduct end-to-end recruitment, focusing on the "Production" area, and engage with candidates in Czech, German, and English. Undertake research projects to discover innovative candidate attraction methods. Proactively contribute ideas and support projects aligning corporate goals with recruiting trends. This internship offers up to 6 months with a potential extension and is fully remote for those in Germany or EU countries with a legal entity. Requirements

• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills paired with good knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and a curious & problem-solving mindset
• You speak German and English fluently (Czech is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Be part of our international Talent Acquisition Team and work on recruitment projects to find the best talents for the AUTO1 Group
• Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by building long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment with the focus on our “Production” area and approach our talents in Czech, German and English
• Take on research projects and find innovative ways to attract and find candidates
• Bring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferably you are a student or have an academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Project Management or in another relevant field but it’s not a must!
• First experience or strong interest in talent acquisition, start-up environment, an affinity for entrepreneurship and/or the automotive industry are preferable
