Requirements

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a mix of agency and fast-paced in-house recruitment
  • Previous experience in a high-growth start-up, scale-up, or tech company
  • Experience of having recruited top talent in multiple locations
  • Independence: you are driven and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results, while maintaining an open growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Confidence and experience in coaching and working with hiring managers at various seniority levels
  • A data-driven approach to sourcing and hiring
  • Creative, candidate-centric approaches to sourcing and selection
  • Fluent English, in both verbal and written forms

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle hiring processes for multiple roles across a wide range of functions and levels
  • Coach and advise hiring managers and leaders on how to make great hiring decisions for their teams and consult on interview techniques
  • Use your passion and expertise in sourcing to find and attract the best talent with innovative approaches and guide them through an exceptional candidate journey
  • Optimize a remote-first hiring approach
  • Assist with pre-onboarding processes and beyond, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company
  • Support People team projects, such as streamlining processes or implementing tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the VP People and other members of the People team to constantly look at how we are positioning ourselves as an employer
  • Identify ways of bringing in D&I into every touchpoint with candidates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • A degree in business, psychology, or a related field (e.g., business or organizational psychology)
