  • Backed by 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience at a fast-growing company
  • Experienced at filling a variety of roles across multiple job functions and employee levels
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems
  • Incredibly proactiveβ€”you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-volume environment
  • Equipped with superb communication skills, which help you build relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Process and metrics-driven; comfortable using data to inform your decision-making
  • Able to drive results and work with a sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible
  • An engaged team player who’s excited to help create a positive professional environment
  • Someone with the ability to travel up to 35% of the time as applicable

Responsibilities

  • Search for and recruit a diverse talent pipeline while being a brand ambassador for the company
  • Work with the hiring team to ensure that the interview process runs smoothly and efficiently, focusing specifically on the candidate's experience
  • Act as brand ambassador at school & industry events that help introduce Warby Parker to incredible talent
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build effective relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of the recruitment process, along with providing search status updates and work in process
  • Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions hiring plans, and interview teams
  • Post roles on external job boards to attract talent for open roles
  • Provide updates to your hiring manager and hiring team on roles
  • Track and report on key metrics for your open roles
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future needs
  • Contribute to and provide feedback on short-term and long-term recruitment strategies
  • Assist in researching competitive and labor market trends
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment communication material including social media
  • Support ad hoc projects throughout the year
