Summary

Join iHorizons as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner and lead our full-cycle recruiting efforts. You will source candidates, plan interviews, and develop long-term recruiting strategies. Success in this role requires building strong relationships with potential hires and creating robust talent pipelines. Responsibilities include negotiating terms, preparing onboarding activities, supporting hiring managers, and contributing to recruitment process improvement projects. You will also support employer branding initiatives. This position requires proven experience in talent acquisition, familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques, and a relevant Bachelor's degree.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of end to end recruitment life-cycle (at least 2 years of experience in recruitment)
  • Exposure to global markets (MENA Preferred)
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, and candidate management systems (ATS)
  • You are curious not only about people but also about their motivation and their fit into our agile and fast-paced company culture
  • You are more of a doer than a talker – you want to deliver results
  • You feel confident in negotiations and getting to know the core reason
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
  • Experience in a high volume recruitment agency
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Responsibilities

  • Cover full-cycle recruitment (compiling job descriptions; advertising; sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; qualifying and assessing candidates using different evaluation methods)
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates
  • Prepare on-boarding activities for People Business Partners
  • Support and train the hiring managers in the recruitment process
  • Being proactively involved with development projects for improving recruitment (assessment process, ATS, etc)
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and activities, working closely with marketing and the rest of the people department (campaigns, marketing channels, etc)
