Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary

Join BR1, a non-contingent recruiting firm specializing in the Green Industry, as a remote recruiter! You will target and interview candidates, present them to clients, and manage the entire recruiting process. Success hinges on efficient time-to-fill, excellent client and candidate experiences, and proactive communication. This role requires strong communication, time management, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS. Competitive compensation includes a base salary, commission, health benefits, 401k, PTO, and profit sharing. Prior recruiting or sales experience and Green Industry knowledge are preferred.

Requirements

• Strong time management
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Basic / general computer, software, and technology ability
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
• ATS use
• Interviewing candidates
• Consistent ability to be productive without close supervision
• Able to build rapport with clients and candidates

Responsibilities

• Target active and passive candidates to fill positions for multiple clients
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Present qualified candidates to clients
• Coordinate client-candidate interviews
• Communicate effectively with clients, acting as primary point of contact
• Deliver excellent client and candidate experience
• Maintain updated records in ATS
• Other tasks and duties as required to support the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting or sales experience
• Green Industry knowledge or experience
