Requirements
- At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Experience working in an ATS, such as Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines and workflows
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, a strong presence on LinkedIn, and a passion for fostering meaningful connections
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and standards, with the ability to effectively multitask and stay organized while managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey enthusiasm and professionalism
- A self-starter with high ownership, initiative, and attention to detail
- Resilient and able to bounce back quickly when things don't go as planned or you are up against a difficult outcome

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive relationship management
- Actively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking events, and other sourcing channels
- Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on job boards, professional networks, and internal systems
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and hiring goals
- Conduct initial phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates' fit and qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and team members
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, SLAs, and pipeline activity
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities across various platforms
- Stay up-to-date on talent acquisition trends and implement best practices to continuously improve the hiring process
- Ensure a top-notch candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and an engaging recruitment process
- Collaborate on special projects, such as career fair planning, diversity hiring initiatives, and process optimizations
- Utilize tools such as Greenhouse, Slack, Google Suite, and, where applicable, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
