Summary
Join iVisa's growing global team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist! You will lead the recruitment and hiring process for senior tech, product, and growth talent, partnering with hiring managers and ensuring quarterly hiring goals are met. You'll deliver an exceptional candidate experience, proactively source candidates, and act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based roles. This role also involves collaborating on HR initiatives, conducting screenings, and mentoring the team. iVisa offers a remote-first work environment, mental wellness sessions, a training allowance, extended family leave, and flexible PTO.
Requirements
- Have +3 years of proven experience as a recruiter searching for Product, Tech, and Growth roles in the US
- Have a solid knowledge of the US Tech market
- Experience using data to track and evaluate recruiting success over time
- Have great communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, experience managing multiple job requisitions with different hiring managers
- Know the latest talent trends and strategies to recruit and hunt top talent
- Must successfully manage talent searches on a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process for tech, product, and growth senior talent, ensuring the achievement of quarterly hiring goals
- Partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycleโfrom application to offer acceptance
- Proactively source both active and passive candidates using advanced techniques, employee referrals, networking, global internal databases, and curated contact lists
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment and selection for all U.S.-based roles
- Collaborate on cross-functional HR initiatives and projects
- Conduct resume reviews and initial phone screenings, leveraging competency-based interviewing to assess and differentiate candidates for shortlisting
- Provide mentorship to the team, sharing insights on current best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
