Requirements

• 3+ yrs of experience recruiting for fast-growing companies
• Experience managing and engaging large volumes of candidates efficiently
• Advanced screening capabilities to evaluate skills and cultural alignment
• Experience sourcing candidates across different locations

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening, leading candidates throughout the hiring process, offers and closing, together with hiring managers
• Report on metrics to our Managers and Directors, using data to inform decisions and improvements
• Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to refine your understanding of their needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Customer Operations roles (Billing, Support Agents, etc.)
• Experience designing and improving hiring processes and assessments
• Experience working in a globally distributed organization
• Experience using Greenhouse (job setup, metrics, managing large volumes of candidates)

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $30,000-$50,000, paid biweekly in USD
