This is a 6-12 month fixed-term contract (maternity leave coverage) offering 100% remote work from anywhere in Canada. You'll leverage your expertise in technical roles and recruitment to deliver a fantastic candidate experience while maintaining quality and efficiency. Requirements

• Have 5+ years’ experience as a recruiter (some of which is in-house), with experience hiring across a range of roles/levels
• Operate with velocity and can handle volume recruiting with quick turnaround deliverables
• Be a strong communicator and storyteller
• Be team-oriented and can continue to thrive while working independently in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Attract the best passive and active talent in the market, via a combination of employer brand campaigns, advertising, events and headhunting techniques
• Clearly communicate our mission, vision and culture, sharing our story with candidates
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience for all candidates (both successful and unsuccessful)
• Use a combination of interviews and technical assessments to identify the best-suited candidates
• Partner with our leaders to develop highly effective hiring strategies
• Identify and deliver improvements across the Talent function, driving increased efficiency and operational excellence across the team
