Requirements

  • Solid work experience in a recruitment role
  • High level of experience recruiting technical/software development roles, with the ability to understand and interpret technical applications
  • Advanced level of understanding of technical roles, with the ability to interpret and assess technical applications
  • Experience managing virtual recruitment across multiple time zones and locations
  • Passion for delivering a fantastic candidate experience and developing creative solutions to hiring challenges
  • Advanced level of English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to quickly and effectively build strong relationships, trust and credibility with stakeholders
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage your own workload, whilst working remotely
  • Solid skills working with HR management and recruitment systems, video conferencing tools, and the Google business suite
  • Ability to work flexibly, with varying start and finish times to accommodate our global business needs

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the People & Culture and the management team to provide a timely and efficient recruitment process
  • Improve our recruitment processes
  • Develop and update job landscapes and job ads
  • Work with the P&C team to develop talent acquisition strategies that will help attract, retain and engage candidates
  • Manage technical recruitment campaigns and provide expertise in the best approach to sourcing candidates in technical roles
  • Promote the awesome things about working at Moodle, and create an amazing candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
