Requirements

  • Background in Business or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Proficiency in video conferencing tools for remote interviews

Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute compelling job postings that clearly communicate the role’s requirements and are designed to attract top talent across various platforms
  • Actively source and screen applications, conducting initial interviews to identify candidates who meet the job criteria and possess the potential to excel in the role
  • Arrange and manage the entire interview process, ensuring that it is well-organized, efficient, and provides a positive experience for both the candidates and the hiring team
  • Present top candidates to clients by highlighting their strengths, qualifications, and how they meet the specific needs of the role and the organization
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and that they are fully equipped and prepared to succeed in their new roles
  • Understand the specific needs and goals of clients to effectively attract and recruit candidates who are not only qualified for the role but also align well with the company’s culture and long-term objectives
  • Utilize various recruitment technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), to streamline the recruitment process, manage candidate data efficiently, and enhance overall productivity
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pool by actively networking and engaging with potential candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future roles
