Requirements

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
• Demonstrate strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Be detail oriented with strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
• Be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possess strong attention to detail
• Have the ability to work independently
• Hold a BA/BS, Associates degree, or equivalent experience
• Have 2+ years recruiting/talent acquisition experience, specifically in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Possess an intermediate level of knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
• Be a strong ATS systems user with an Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite of applications
• Be willing to recruit for various functions: Production, Engineering, IT, Operations, Human Resources, etc

Responsibilities

• Provide sourcing and recruiting support to various business units
• Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring
• Develop innovative ways to source candidates to produce sustainable talent pipelines
• Facilitate the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams which Includes internal training as necessary
• Maintain detailed communications with managers, candidates, and stakeholders to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements
• Proactive tracking of progress and all recruiting activities in our applicant tracking system
• Analyze staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and process
• Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and thorough execution of established processes
