Summary

Join Booksy's global team as a recruiter and play a key role in achieving ambitious hiring goals for 2025. This 6-month fixed-term contract (with potential extension) is remote within Spain. Reporting to the Global Talent Lead, you will source talent, collaborate with hiring managers worldwide, and secure top talent to drive Booksy's growth. The role requires high-volume recruiting experience, particularly in sales and commercial sectors within Europe. Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory. • Experience in recruiting in a high volume environment, with exposure to Sales and Commercial recruitment
• Experience in recruiting across Europe
• Strong admin and organisational skills
• Complete fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of the tech sector and working within a changeable scale up environment
• Relevant experience with sourcing tools (Linkedin, X-ray, Boolean searches) and ATS systems
