Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on engineering and technical hires
  • Experience recruiting in early-stage startups, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Strong sourcing skills, with deep knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing channels
  • Experience working with ATS platforms like Ashby and leveraging data to improve hiring processes
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate interactions
  • Passion for building high-performing teams and contributing to a strong company culture

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, technical communities, and other social platforms to engage top talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Maintain and optimize our ATS (Ashby) to track, manage, and report on recruiting metrics
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with our company values and technical requirements
  • Provide detailed, thoughtful feedback to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a high-touch communication process
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of technical candidates, keeping them engaged for future opportunities
  • Continuously improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience as we scale
