Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements

• C1 or C2 English proficiency, with minimal accent, is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
• Update and manage candidate information, job references, and other related data within our CRM system
• Review and filter applicants through Workable, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring they meet the job requirements
• Occasionally conduct initial candidate screenings and participate in interviews to evaluate potential hires
• Work alongside the HR, Finance, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition teams to maintain smooth workflows and efficient recruitment practices
• Provide updates on candidate status, reference checks, and onboarding progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or administrative roles is preferred
• Familiarity with Zoho Suite and Workable is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English and [desired second language]) is a plus
