Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings, coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and preparing offers and employment contracts
  • Ensure the accurate input and maintenance of candidate and employee data in HR systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Generate reports to track recruitment progress and key talent metrics
  • Help maintain and troubleshoot talent systems and support the integration of new tools
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance and our P&C team to ensure smooth operations and employee experiences
  • Identify areas for process improvement in talent operations and contribute to the implementation of enhancements
  • Provide support for diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys and other P&C and Talent projects
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and manage employee records in line with compliance and HR policies

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in HR
