Summary
Join SimSpace as a temporary, full-time Talent Operations Coordinator for up to 6 months! You will support a critical hiring project, implementing best-in-class practices to drive our talent strategy. Responsibilities include performing administrative duties, reporting on recruiting activities, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and supporting the new hire process. This role requires prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and a talent coordinator background, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Requirements
- Prior experience and expert level skills in Greenhouse ATS
- 1+ year of prior experience in a Talent Coordinator role
- Must have impressive skills in analysis, be good at communication, and be well-organized
- Proven ability to provide quality internal and external customer service in a high volume, fast paced environment managing multiple projects
- Steadfast attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties for Talent Operations team
- Assist in reporting on global recruiting activities, challenges and strategies
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create job posts, schedule kick off meetings, and coordinate candidates through the screening process
- Follow up with interview teams to ensure feedback is captured and schedule debrief sessions
- Support with sourcing candidates by using databases and social media
- Assign tests and challenges to assess candidates' skills when applicable
- Perform continuous ATS maintenance
- Promote our employer brand, programs, and job openings
- Update hiring teams on positions, follow up, and check in regularly
- Support the new hire offer process
- Administer and process background screens for new hires
- Engage global new hires through onboarding and orientation activities
