This role focuses on talent acquisition, with additional responsibilities in compensation, benefits, and HR administration. You will manage the full recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and assist with onboarding. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience and 1+ year in a generalist HR role. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in in-house talent acquisition
- 1+ year of experience in an HR generalist, HR administrative, or people operations function
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity
- Experience with managing applicant tracking systems (such as Ashby)
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process for open positions, including job posting, resume screening, candidate interview coordination, and offer management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and sourcing strategies
- Create and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates across various job functions. This includes managing relationships with contracted recruiters and firms
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Assist with the annual open enrollment process, ensuring employees have the necessary information and support
- Organize company on-sites and events
- Support the team with various administrative tasks, such as updating scheduling team meetings, booking rooms, and office management as needed
- Ensure HR practices and policies are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
