Join Garner's Talent Team as a Talent Operations Associate and make a significant impact at a fast-growing startup. This fully remote role focuses on driving talent acquisition success. You will manage recruiting pipelines, schedule interviews, build relationships with recruiters and interviewers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include managing recruiting processes, creating reports to track hiring metrics, maintaining data integrity in the ATS, and supporting special projects. The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup environment, and experience with Greenhouse and Google Suite. Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup
- Experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (required) and Google Suite
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks
- A high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management
- Care deeply about creating a high-touch, efficient, and positive experience with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
- A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the US healthcare system
Responsibilities
- Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment
- Manage recruiting pipelines, stay in close contact with candidates, and provide updates regarding their application and interview status
- Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication
- Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement
- Deliver stellar candidate experience and build interest by thinking creatively and holistically about how Garner is presented
- Pull and build reports to track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to the team
- Maintain data integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Support special projects and other ad-hoc initiatives across Talent Team as needed
