Requirements

  • Solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection, with proven success in closing senior-level roles
  • Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills, using global platforms and recruitment tools
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve processes
  • True interest in technology, with demonstrated experience using AI solutions like ChatGPT or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and global sourcing strategies
  • Startup/scale-up mindset, with a desire to achieve great results in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English is a must (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Curiosity and agility to adapt swiftly in a dynamic, high-growth landscape

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global talent attraction strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on high-demand talent
  • Actively source, interview, and select exceptional candidates, leveraging innovative tools and methods
  • Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring an outstanding experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, culture, and values, and provide strategic recruitment insights
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel
  • Innovate and utilize technology, including AI tools, to streamline sourcing and selection processes
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen the company’s employer branding and align it with hiring strategies
  • Drive initiatives to continuously improve hiring processes, enhance the employer brand, and implement best practices

Preferred Qualifications

As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven
