Requirements
- Have end-to-end recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Have top-notch sourcing skills with platforms like LinkedIn and understand the importance of a strong individual sourcing plan backed up with data
- Confidently identify talking points that resonate with candidates and use influencing skills to ensure alignment between talent and stakeholders
- Successfully manage relationships between multiple business groups including hiring teams and business partners
- Think analytically, read data, draw insights and propose improvements to the team
- Understand talent market trends and confidently conduct analysis of the recruitment landscape
- Regularly use your understanding of business and market to influence and drive recruitment decisions
- Take pride in your work and how you recruit; have a high level of accountability and have been responsible for making hires to help your team meet hiring targets
- Love to learn and aren’t afraid to try new things; mistakes to you are a learning opportunity, not a sign of failure
- Cultivate meaningful, long-lasting relationships with your stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Create sourcing strategies and actively source prospects and interact with candidates, expertly pitching and positioning Thoughtworks along the way
- Embrace our inclusive hiring strategy, going above and beyond to approach prospective candidates from diverse backgrounds and provide a bias-free hiring process
- Collaborate with Talent Operators, Recruitment Marketers and more to continually evolve our day-to-day hiring practices, ensuring that our ever-evolving recruitment process is a positive experience for our candidates
- Use our ATS (Greenhouse)—that is also integrated with data, delivery and HR platforms—to provide a smooth experience for candidates while making sure that data is clean and established processes are followed
- Collaborate with leadership, communities and recruiting operations to ensure a smooth flow of interviewers and proactive problem solving where necessary
- Use data and insights to improve your productivity and influence your immediate stakeholders in decision making
- Candidate experience is always top of mind and you will use a combination of data, storytelling, process improvement and ideation to continuously make the recruiting process more engaging
- Act as a Thoughtworks ambassador and create a meaningful experience by leveraging content and resources that are on brand
- Help others grow their careers by providing guidance and sharing your skills and expertise
