You will manage hiring across all levels and departments, ensuring we attract and hire top talent. You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, optimizing recruitment processes, providing data-driven insights, and enhancing the candidate experience. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates will be key to success. This role requires end-to-end recruitment expertise, experience hiring for technical roles in SaaS companies, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements
- Demonstrated success in executing end-to-end recruitment processes with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and industry best practices
- Experienced in hiring technical roles, you have a solid understanding of technical terminology relating to SaaS companies
- Experienced in partnering with managers at all levels across various business units with strong communication skills, and a desire to be a strategic partner
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate complex challenges and find a solution that works for all stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse teams and candidates
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively across teams and departments, showing initiative and a proactive approach
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse a plus!)
- You have a growth mindset and a no job is too small mentality
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and closing positions
- Manage hiring across all role levels and business areas, from entry-level to executive, spanning technical, GTM, and operational functions
- Support and align Talent Acquisition efforts with the company's vision, mission, and goals
- Play an active role in optimizing recruitment processes, ensuring they align with overall business objectives
- Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to track progress, identify opportunities and address challenges effectively
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders, leveraging strong relationships to facilitate successful hires
