Requirements
- Progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing programs for a distributed workforce
- Alternatively, equivalent experience gained in a People Business Partner role where the candidate had significant, hands-on responsibility for designing and implementing talent review, leadership development, or broad L&D programs
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale talent programs such as talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and employee development initiatives
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and various learning delivery formats suitable for diverse, remote/hybrid audiences
- Experience facilitating engaging workshops and training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Excellent program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated passion for Iterator development and fostering a culture of continuous learning and Growth Mindset
- Experience working effectively as part of a leadership team
Responsibilities
- Partner with our head of PBPs to design, execute, and take part in the continuous improvement of the company-wide talent review and succession planning processes
- Ensure processes are fair, consistent, and effectively identify high-potential talent and development needs across the organization
- Partner with People Business Partners and senior leaders to facilitate talent discussions and ensure actionable outcomes
- Iterate, execute, and lead the continuous improvement of the company-wide performance review process
- Ensure processes are fair, consistent, and effectively links to our pay for performance philosophy
- Partner with Total rewards to ensure a link between rewards and performance
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive development programs for managers at all levels, focusing on core leadership competencies, coaching skills, and performance management, aligned with Iterable's values
- Develop and implement our "Manager Commitments" framework into development initiatives and performance expectations for our leaders
- Identify and curate resources, workshops, and experiences to build leadership capability pipeline
- Own and evolve the dedicated development program for our Iterators, ensuring it aligns with career pathing frameworks, skill needs, and individual aspirations
- Promote program participation and measure its impact on Iterator growth, engagement, and retention
- Identify opportunities to enhance or expand the program based on feedback and organizational needs
- Develop and execute a holistic L&D strategy that supports business objectives and strongly reinforces our Growth Mindset value
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the organization
- Source, develop, and/or curate high-quality, scalable learning content and delivery methods suitable for a distributed workforce (e-learning, workshops, coaching, blended learning)
- Manage the L&D budget, vendor relationships, and learning management system (LMS) or other learning platforms
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs
- Act as a visible champion for a continuous learning culture, promoting resources and encouraging participation in development opportunities among all Iterators
- Integrate the Growth Mindset philosophy into all talent development initiatives and communications
- Partner with Internal Communications to highlight learning successes and opportunities
- Serve as an active member of the People Leadership Team, contributing to the overall People strategy and initiatives
- Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership to understand development needs and ensure program alignment and scalability
- Utilize data and analytics to inform program design, measure progress, and report on ROI
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with HRIS, LMS, and talent management software is desirable
