Summary

Join Raintree Systems as their Manager, Talent Development and lead critical initiatives to ensure Raintree is a training ground for high achievers. You will design and administer a best-in-class onboarding program, ensure all Rainees have the functional training necessary to excel, and contribute to key initiatives that elevate Rainee engagement and customer satisfaction. This role utilizes live instructor-led methods and cutting-edge learning technologies to provide blended, just-in-time learning experiences for the remote-first team. The position reports to the Director, Talent Development and requires a strong background in training facilitation, instructional design, and program management within an organizational learning context. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a growth mindset, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of training facilitation experience
  • 5+ years of instructional design experience
  • 3+ years experience strategically planning and program managing organizational learning initiatives
  • 3+ years experience creating engaging self-paced learning experiences using elearning / content development tools
  • 3+ years Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience
  • Ability to work with multi time-zone teams in both the U.S. as well as Eastern Europe
  • BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional design, organizational development, communications, or equivalent experience
  • Dynamic and engaging presentation skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of and elevate the onboarding experience to accelerate ramp and enhance engagement of all new Rainees
  • Ensure all new Rainees have a strong foundational knowledge of our organization and culture, as well as our products, services, and competitive differentiators
  • Provide new Rainees the opportunity to understand our clients’ experience and needs through first-hand immersion in their practices
  • Partner with leaders across Raintree, to design, implement, and administer comprehensive functional training programs that elevate Rainees’ role-specific knowledge and skills
  • Partner with leaders in our Client Success organization, to design, implement, and administer a comprehensive functional training program that elevates client interaction / management skills and technical product knowledge, resulting in a measurable improvement in NPS
  • Collaborate with business leaders and People Operations colleagues to ensure alignment between functional training programs and Rainees’ career growth journeys within and across departments as applicable
  • Develop and execute strategic talent development initiatives that are in alignment with and in and of themselves critical business objectives
  • Apply recognized talent development best practices to provide comprehensive and delightful learning experiences for all Rainees that lead to measurable improvement in time to productivity, employee engagement and eNPS
  • Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions, leveraging best practices in adult learning methodologies
  • Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous SaaS or Healthcare IT company experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate / market initiatives to all stakeholders (from executives to front-line employees)
  • Ability to build great relationships, quickly gain credibility, and demonstrate presence and enthusiasm with executives, managers, and front-line employees across our business
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Ability to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to bring initiatives to life
  • Growth Mindset as demonstrated through a track record of continuous personal growth, goal achievement, and ability to independently learn and apply new information, terminology, concepts, processes, and technologies
