Requirements
- Demonstrated Expertise: 4+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or a related field, with a strong track record of designing, managing, and evaluating impactful learning programs
- Excel at translating strategic frameworks into actionable plans
- Communicate with a blend of warmth and authority, tailoring your approach to a variety of audiences
- Enjoy talking endlessly about leadership development, adult learning theory, and growth-led performance practices as mediums for innovating in the workplace
- Effectively manage a portfolio of projects across the team
- Be exceptionally organized and have the uncanny ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the necessary stakeholders informed to your progress
- Thrive in fast-paced or startup environments, even when things are a little ambiguous
- Be passionate about helping others grow and succeed, and bring a collaborative, creative, and adaptable mindset to every challenge
Responsibilities
- Create engaging, scalable learning content, including live workshops, self-led eLearning, guiding documentation, and toolkits
- Project manage the full suite of Talent Development programs
- Drive organization and accountability as we develop and deliver our 2025 Talent Development Strategy
- Be accountable for key aspects of our Talent Programs, including capturing feedback, measuring impact, and identifying areas for improvement
