Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the SaaS software or Contact Center industry
  • Basic understanding of CCaaS and UCaaS technologies
  • Strong customer-focus and sales orientation
  • Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Sales Navigator and MS Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable presenting to individuals or groups
  • Must have: English proficiency
  • Availability to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Support partner and client relationships, acting as a point of contact for routine inquiries and basic assistance
  • Assist in executing the channel strategy, identifying new partners, maintaining existing partnerships, and improving partner programs and resources
  • Deliver basic training on products and services to partners, providing updated materials and case studies to enhance their sales efforts
  • Support in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM
  • Track partner performance metrics, prepare initial reports, and ensure CRM data aligns with corporate objectives
  • Offer daily assistance to partners, troubleshoot simple issues, and coordinate with internal teams for complex problems
  • Help organize co-branded campaigns, partner promotions, and events, as well as support planning and logistics for trade shows and industry fairs
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to compliance standards, preparing documentation for contract renewals, and working with legal and finance teams
  • Represent the company at industry fairs and events to identify opportunities and close deals
