Summary

Join our dynamic international Global Enterprise IT team as a Talent Acquisition and Development Systems Business Specialist. You will play a key role in the HRIT landscape, providing expertise on Talent Acquisition and Development systems. Responsibilities include system configuration, maintenance, and support; report generation; process automation; collaboration with stakeholders; documentation creation; and vendor relationship management. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Development team and other technical teams to ensure successful system implementation and troubleshooting. This role requires extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and Development Systems, HR processes, and reporting tools. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in support and/or implementation of Talent Acquisition and/or Development Systems
  • Thorough understanding of HR Processes
  • Previous experience in configuring and maintaining learning platforms
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools
  • Multi-tasking ability in managing multiple projects
  • Experience in using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
  • Team player with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, optimize and support our Talent Acquisition and Development systems, including roles and user management
  • Generate reports for various stakeholders as per the business needs
  • Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data integration ensuring the data integrity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and transform business needs into effective solutions
  • Create comprehensive end-user and technical documentation
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on the creation of training, toolkits, user guides, etc. that are necessary to support an effective and successful implementation or rollout
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Development team to orchestrate data loads efficiently
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to troubleshoot and fix identified integration issues
  • Ensure successful implementation of system releases and updates
  • Handle vendor relationship management, including supporting contract renewals and collaboration with CSMs
  • Provide assistance to HR stakeholders as needed
  • Share best practices and recommendations with process owner(s) and others to define policies and guidelines
