This role involves supporting the Head of Talent in various strategic cross-functional activities, including Learning & Development initiatives, Culture & Community events, Onboarding, employee experience improvement, Performance Management, survey design, DEI promotion, and organizational certification processes. Requirements

  • C2 level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Works well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player
  • Culturally sensitive and committed to diversity and inclusion in multicultural environments

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, set up and implementation of Learning & Development initiatives
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of Culture & Community events
  • Support and manage aspects of our Onboarding Process
  • Provide support with initiatives to improve our employee experience, increase engagement and motivation
  • Assist with Performance Management processes
  • Assist with survey design, delivery, and validation
  • Promote DEI within the workplace
  • Assist with organizational certification processes
  • Assist with implementing strategies to cultivate a more diverse and inclusive workplace
