This role involves supporting the Head of Talent in various strategic cross-functional activities, including Learning & Development initiatives, Culture & Community events, Onboarding, employee experience improvement, Performance Management, survey design, DEI promotion, and organizational certification processes. Requirements
- C2 level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Works well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player
- Culturally sensitive and committed to diversity and inclusion in multicultural environments
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, set up and implementation of Learning & Development initiatives
- Assist with the planning and implementation of Culture & Community events
- Support and manage aspects of our Onboarding Process
- Provide support with initiatives to improve our employee experience, increase engagement and motivation
- Assist with Performance Management processes
- Assist with survey design, delivery, and validation
- Promote DEI within the workplace
- Assist with organizational certification processes
- Assist with implementing strategies to cultivate a more diverse and inclusive workplace
