Talent Project Manager

Summary

Join ELVTR, a premier online education platform, as a part-time, remote Executive Talent Recruiter based in Mexico. You will be responsible for interviewing and assessing potential instructors, evaluating their teaching potential and alignment with ELVTR's mission. You will also communicate ELVTR's vision to candidates, qualify them, and coordinate with the production team for a smooth transition. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in talent acquisition, and the ability to assess teaching talent. Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, or a related field
• Experience in Talent Acquisition : 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in roles focused on interviewing and screening
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage high-caliber professionals
• Sales Orientation: Experience in sales or candidate engagement roles is a plus; the ability to “sell” candidates on ELVTR’s vision is essential
• Insightful Evaluator: Demonstrated experience in assessing talent, with a deep understanding of the nuances that make a great teacher
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with recruitment and communication tools; experience with Zoom, LinkedIn, and Hubspot is ideal
• Flexible and Self-Driven: A proactive, remote work environment requires excellent time management and self-motivation

Responsibilities

• Interview Prospective Instructors: Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates sourced by the recruiting team, evaluating both their teaching potential and alignment with ELVTR's mission
• Convey ELVTR’s Vision : Communicate the ELVTR story, emphasizing our values and the impact of joining our team of instructors
• Qualify Candidates: Make recommendations for candidates you believe have the expertise, passion, and communication skills to inspire our students
• Coordinate with the Production Team : Transition successful candidates to course producers, ensuring a smooth handoff for the course development process
• Support Talent Acquisition: Work closely with recruiting sourcers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, providing insights and feedback to improve future sourcing
