Requirements

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in psychology/industrial psychology, or a compelling narrative about an alternative chosen path, together with an exceptional academic track record
  • Great analytical skills to run statistical analysis on hiring data
  • Exposure/appreciation of psychometric assessments, including interpretation, validity and reliability metrics
  • Demonstrative viewpoint on talent, with a deep appreciation of how to predict and measure success of people
  • Experience of conducting behavioral, competency based interviews with the ability to train stakeholders and advise on how to get the best out of an interview
  • Successful track record of scoping and delivering projects
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year, for up to two weeks each

Responsibilities

  • Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights for the business
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews
  • Build key relationships with global stakeholders
  • Drive data-driven insights and ensure robust decision making
  • Consider employer brand and candidate experience
  • Review and streamline hiring processes and tools
  • Work with external third parties and platforms
  • Bring a passion for diversity and inclusion, ensuring unconscious bias is removed from the hiring process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in statistical significance testing and experience in Bayesian inference and/or predictive analytics and ML
  • Python/R/SQL
  • Experience on building data dashboards
  • Exposure to the following tools: LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling
