You will drive candidate engagement from initial outreach to recruiter handoff, partnering with the Sr. Recruiter, hiring managers, and People team. You will source passive technical talent, build and nurture talent pipelines, partner with hiring teams, track pipeline health, and own the candidate outreach experience. Requirements
- 1+ year of experience sourcing technical talent (software, hardware, etc.) in a startup environment
- Strong sourcing chops with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative search strategies
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills
- Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with ambiguity and iteration—Pyka moves fast, and so do you
Responsibilities
- Source passive technical talent through LinkedIn, Juicebox, social platforms, niche communities, and boolean searches
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for priority roles in engineering, flight operations, manufacturing, and beyond
- Partner closely with hiring teams to define ideal candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
- Track pipeline health and sourcing metrics using Greenhouse
- Own the candidate outreach experience, from cold message to warm handoff
- Stay current on market trends and sourcing tools; test and recommend new approaches
