Talent Sourcer

Summary

Join Tremendous, a fast-growing, fully remote company, as a contract Talent Sourcer! You will support our growth by sourcing high-quality passive candidates for various roles across different departments. Partnering with the Lead Recruiter, you'll build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline. This is a 10-20 hour per week contract role, perfect for someone with 4+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing within a tech or startup environment. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role
• Experience sourcing across a variety of sales, marketing, operations, and technical roles
• Proficiency with recruiting software and tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Strong empathy for the candidate experience

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple complex searches
• Partner with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and calibrate on sourcing strategy and ideal profile
• Coordinate initial interviews with the recruiting team or hiring manager
