Talent Sourcer

Summary

Join Smartcat's growing team as a Sourcing Specialist, supporting the Account Management department, including the Director of Strategic Sales, Strategic Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers. You will be responsible for sourcing at least 100 candidates weekly, verifying their qualifications, and submitting qualified candidates to the Smartcat Recruiting team. This fully remote role requires 3+ years of experience sourcing sales candidates, experience recruiting or sourcing sales leaders in the US, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various sourcing tools. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing sales candidates
• Experience recruiting or sourcing sales leaders
• Experience sourcing candidates in the United States
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing tools such as X-Ray search, Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram, and job boards
• Ability to take coaching and feedback

Responsibilities

• Reach out to a minimum of 100 sourced candidates per week to assigned roles
• Ensure candidates match key criteria outlined for assigned positions
• Present qualified candidates to Smartcat Recruiting team, to conduct additional screening interviews
